In Cuba, there are serveral office to the car hire, so-called "rent a car" . But normally there is a large in every hotel in Cuba, "Hotel Comodoro, Hotel Melia Cohiba, Melia Habana, Habana Libre, Hotel National, then in almost every hotel you can rent a car. A special feature is that who you hire a car in Cuba, you have to pay a whole tank full of gasoline, about 50 pesos convertibles (ie EUR 40.) And you get back any money left over for the gasoline. So it is worth just a car for at least 3 days or longer to rent. Or do you want in one day drive a whole tank empty?
