of SAP in the company was an invitation for the kick-off date. Diese Woche hatte ich dann als einer der letzten das Vergnügen einen SAP Grundkurs besuchen zu dürfen müssen, zusammen mit einem kleinen Rest der Belegschaft. Darunter natürlich auch Kollegen, die immer erst fünf Minuten ihren Mauszeiger auf dem Bildschirm suchen, während der Dozent schon das dritte Menü aufklappt und erklärt. Immerhin wurde es dadurch nicht langweilig, da ich öfter mal gleich drei PCs bedienen durfte.

Leider blieben so auch einige Fragen offen, die ich gerne noch geklärt hätte. Dass man bei SAP kein neues Fenster öffnet, sondern einen neuen Modus, das kann ich ja noch nachvollziehen, schließlich sind wir nicht in Windows.
Wieso man beim Internetzugang die Adresse in eine Namenszeile und den Namen in die Adresszeile eingeben soll  ist mir trotz Nachfrage nicht klar geworden und, nebenbei bemerkt, es funktioniert natürlich auch nicht. Da ich auch im Schulungsraum ins Internet komme habe ich das selbstverständlich sofort versucht. Mag an der anfänglichen Nervosität des Dozenten gelegen haben, der die restliche Veranstaltung aber durchaus souverän und locker meisterte, das sind alles Nichtigkeiten.
Aber dass diese kleinen bunten Grafiken, auf die man mit der Maus klicken kann damit etwas happened, and every since the first Mac, at least since Windows 3.0 knows as icons, so that these things are called icons at SAP, is not it a little silly?
Had at least thus carried away and kept the whole stupid thing completely German, that would certainly sometimes unintentionally funny, but at least been consistent. Fold but in between performance Assistants and similar jokes on, it will eventually annoying. This had often not been fully translated as a beta version, only that it was not clear in what direction that should be translated originally times.

Maybe I understand, but even the work processes in SAP noch nicht richtig, oder meine Anpassungsfähigkeit ist durch mangelndes Customizing nicht ausgeprägt genug.
